Zoom Tutorial
This hands-on workshop teaches participants to run professional webinars and multi-session workshops in Zoom, from setup through close. Using a recurring example modeled on First 5 Alameda County, participants learn a workflow that generalizes to any organization hosting virtual meetings, webinars, or trainings. Participants practice setting up registration and tracking links, running polls and managing live Q&A and voting, configuring live language interpretation (including recording it and coordinating with sign language interpreters), sharing screens, and creating and managing breakout rooms from open to close. The workshop also covers pre-event account and settings requirements, live support roles during a session, handling disruptive attendees, and recording and managing meeting content afterward.
